After 26 years of complex civil litigation, with an emphasis in legal malpractice and accounting malpractice cases, Mr. Gordon has switched to mediation. As a mediator, Mr. Gordon brings experience from around the United States. He is admitted in the Seventh and Tenth Circuits, in the United States District Courts for Colorado and New Mexico, and in the State of Colorado. Also, he has been admitted pro hac vice in the United States District Courts for New Jersey and the Northern District of Illinois, as well as the States of Indiana, New Mexico, North Carolina, South Carolina, Texas, and West Virginia. Mr. Gordon’s goal is to help litigants make informed decisions about settlement and trial.
